A fair bit of interest already, albeit still to see confirmed entrants.
Rumours include:
A Father and Son Mackay entry (each increased drop to count separately);
Alan Bell; Roddie Bell; Big Ben Bell; and John Burns so he can re-coup the cost of replacing his old kilt, which he claims shrank three inches over Christmas.
Looking forward to the ratified entries, since most of the above rumours should be confirmed.
Rumours that Gary Glass has joined a gym with The Shape, are as yet unconfirmed.......
Meanwhile I can confirm a ratifed 8" (41 1/2 to 49 1/2) and just to add a bit of competition, if the winner can't beat my improvement half the money will go to the club.

Common the FLUBs out there, still time to enter.
Plenty interest on Friday night at the Captain's Dinner, but no-one taken up the challenge yet!

At last some entries to get the ball rolling:
John "Airbag" Stewart at a very credible (or incredible depending on your viewpoint) 12".
56" v 44", when asked where he was measuring his waist he replied in all innocence "in my living room" so we will take this as ratified.
David Pieman Mackay at -ve 1". 50" v 51" taken as ratified, and clearly a man with potential.
Yours truly still in at January's 8" 49 1/2 v 41 1/2 although repairs to bike; access to old speedball; and the promise of some weights in the Clubs new weights room show promise.
Still to hear from Bell and Bell, Mackay Jnr, Dykes Jnr, Glass, Laidlaws (Snr & Jun); the purple spacehopper, and anyone else, so get your entries in fast.
