Last time I saw an HRFC pile up to match this was when Alec Paterson sat down on the escalator at Kings Cross on the way to Paris in 85 and could not get up at the bottom. Cue big HRFC pile up and 200 passengers inventing reverse moonwalking well before Michael Jackson.
